In the summer, enjoy your private lake and access to la Rivière-du-Nord by delighting in nautical activities like kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming or even fishing. The P’tit Train du Nord linear park passes directly on the property, right where the access to Rivière du Nord is. It follows the Rivière du Nord and Lac Raymond, offering beautiful water views. Lac Masson marina in Sainte-Marguerite, is a short 10-minute drive from the trail giving access to chemin du Lac Léon and chemin Pierre Péladeau.
